N.W.C.Caribbean Pilates offers a variety of Workshops, Seminars and Classes Monday through Friday in the morning and evening.  The Yoga & Pilates Matwork, and R.C.C.B (Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair) Classes are set by appointment only.

PILATES CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Introduction to N.W.C.C.Pilates -  All new participants must complete private sessions before joining a class. 


Fundamental Pilates Class  - This class focuses on conditioning the spine, core muscles  and the breathe; Pilates increasing the oxygen flow to the muscles. There is a noticeable increase in strength, tone and flexibility. 


N.W.C.C. Pilates Style Mat -  A mixed level class combining Pilates mat exercises with different elements of resistance.


Fundamental Pilates Reformer - N.W.C.C. Pilates Principles form the foundation of this dynamic, weight-bearing routine. These classes are for those who know the basic Pilates exercises and are ready to intensify strength and flexibility.






N.W.C.C. Pilates Style Weights - This is a Advanced Pilates matwork class that is physically challenging. Exercises may include variation/resistance.


Advanced Pilates Reformer  - This class progresses to more challenging movements on the reformer. 


Pilates Circuit Training -  Circuit training is an  Advanced training technique that consists of Pilates resistance and cardiovascular training. 





N.W.C.C. Pilates/ Yoga Connection- This class will lead you through a series of stretching, strengthening and elongating positions, with a focus on controlled movements and rhythmic breathing.

         YOGA CLASS & WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS







Yoga Class guides you to breathe in harmony with the body, leading to greater strength, flexibility, range of motion and an overall balanced nervous system. Everyone can benefit!  New students are offered a variety of postures (asana)  to accommodate each personal level. We recommend you wear comfortable clothes for free flowing movements.
