International Pilates Training & Educational Centre caters to Leaders, Educators and Wellness Professionals.

Our mission is to empower business professionals and to help build a bridge between Wellness Educators and the Caribbean/International Community. Through N.W.C.C. Continuing Education Programming, this Conscious movement perspective will help to educate Wellness Professionals toward teaching a modern fitness approach for future generations to come. 

Our philosophy in teaching the N.W.C.C. Pilates Education has evolved from the international physical education system of Joseph Pilates; to produce fundamentals/advanced principles based on a philosophy of science: mind and body. 

Namaste Wellness Centre LTD. have integrated a series of modules and courses that will teach you the theory/principles needed to gain maximum benefit from movements/concepts. We will provide Continuing Education Credits (CEC's) for our certified Pilates Educators.
